Jessica started off her plant journey as an organic vegetable farmer in the Hudson Valley. While taking a break from farming, she worked at an urban botanical garden and was opened to an entirely new way of interacting with the world. She graduated from the School of Professional Horticulture at the New York Botanical Garden with a focus in botany and arboriculture. Since then, she has become a certified arborist and tree risk assessor, as well as an H.E.L.P EcoPro.
